Carmen Electra, 54, recently shared a collection of striking photographs from a balcony breakfast in Berlin. The model and actress posted the images on Friday to her 2.4 million Instagram followers, captioning them with "breakfast in Berlin" and fruit emojis.
In the photos, Electra is seen wearing a turquoise and yellow lingerie set. For some shots shared on social media, she used pineapple slices to cover her chest. Her blonde hair was styled down and parted, complemented by light makeup. Electra was photographed seated at a table laden with breakfast items, including a fruit platter with bananas, peaches, and strawberries, as well as tarts, doughnuts, and a bottle of Coca-Cola.
Electra spoke with Fox News Digital earlier this month about her return to Playboy for its summer edition, having first appeared in the publication in 1996. During the interview, she discussed her approach to social media, noting that she sometimes experiments with her posts. "Look, sometimes I'm trying different things on my Instagram page," Electra stated. "Not everyone's going to love those things, and you might not get as many likes. But you turn around and, boom, my fans are there."
When discussing aging in the same interview, Electra advised her followers not to "let anyone tell you you're too old." She described ageism as a "myth" and emphasized living one's own life. "You have to start telling yourself every morning, 'I'm beautiful. I'm good enough. I look great. I'm pretty.' Whatever it is that you want to be, you can be that," she said, linking this mindset to manifestation and a change in thought process.
Electra also shared that her past study of Buddhism influenced her perspective, particularly the concept of not losing one's "inner child." She believes that individuals who maintain a youthful spirit, regardless of age, are often seen as beautiful and are appreciated for their authentic selves.
The actress stated that she feels most confident when she is busy working. "It's weird; you would think that by now I'd be over it," she said. "But I'm just not. I love it. And the more I work, the more confident I feel." She added that while she feels confident when in love, she is currently single but maintains her confidence through her work. Electra has appeared in films such as "Scary Movie" and the show "Dear Killer Nannies: Criado por sicarios" this year.
Electra has previously been in the public eye due to high-profile relationships, including her marriage to former NBA player Dennis Rodman in 1998 and her marriage to musician Dave Navarro in 2003.
