Bianca Censori, wife of rapper Kanye West, has appeared in a strikingly revealing outfit, a sheer bodysuit that offered little to the imagination. West shared a photo on his Instagram story showing Censori, 31, seemingly nude from the waist up, though she was wearing a transparent bodysuit that appeared to expose her nipples. The former architect did not appear to be wearing visible underwear, strategically posing to obscure her lower body with a thigh-high stocking.

Censori, 31, has recently adopted a series of bold fashion choices, often featuring transparent materials or outfits that reveal parts of her body. While many of her recent looks have included pasties or other coverings, it was unclear if she was wearing any under the transparent bodysuit. Her hair, previously dark, has recently been styled in light sandy-brown waves. In the photo, Censori is seen with her thumb to her lips, flanked by two other women who were more conventionally dressed.

Later, Censori reposted another image, this time from model Elizabeth Cambage, which appeared to show a wardrobe malfunction. In this photo, Censori wore a low-cut black bodysuit and fishnet stockings. Cambage playfully placed a star emoji over Censori's nipple in the image, captioning it "my breast friends." West was visible grinning in the background of this photo.

These public appearances follow speculation that Censori's risqué fashion choices are influenced by West. However, in February 2025, the couple's publicist, Milo Yiannopoulos, denied claims that West dictates his wife's attire. He stated that Censori herself is the driving force behind her fashion, though he also referred to West as the "final boss."

The couple is believed to be in Ibiza, Spain, with the photo featuring a neon sign for the DC-10 nightclub. Their presence on the island was reported ahead of West's scheduled concert in Madrid on July 30.

Censori's recent fashion choices mark a departure from more conservative ensembles she wore after West published a full-page apology in The Wall Street Journal in January for his antisemitic behavior. In the apology, West stated, "I am not a Nazi or an antisemite," and "I love Jewish people." He attributed his past actions to bipolar-1 disorder, potentially exacerbated by an undiagnosed brain injury from a 2002 car crash, which he said led him to "lose touch with reality."
