Ariana Grande has humorously responded to an accidental wardrobe malfunction that occurred when she posted a photo on her Instagram Stories. The image, showing Grande crouching to pet a dog while wearing a red-and-white gingham dress, inadvertently exposed her left breast when the dress opened.

On Wednesday, Grande shared a throwback video of herself and her close friend Elizabeth Gillies recreating a scene from the 1995 film "Showgirls." In the clip, filmed for Halloween in 2023, Gillies portrays Gina Gershon's character, Cristal Connors, and comments on Grande's appearance, "You have great t-ts. They're really beautiful." Grande, dressed as Elizabeth Berkley's character Nomi Malone, responds with a "Thank you."

The film "Showgirls," directed by Paul Verhoeven, has evolved from its initial critical reception to become a cult classic. The movie follows Nomi's journey in Las Vegas as she pursues her dream of becoming a dancer and showgirl.

This is not the first time "Showgirls" has been referenced in relation to Grande. In November 2023, Elizabeth Berkley praised Grande for her portrayal of Nomi Malone for Halloween. Berkley shared on Instagram that Grande "recreated my #Nomi for #halloween with all the love and attention to detail that only an artist with her heart and creative genius could do." Grande responded to Berkley's post, expressing her admiration and stating that she and Gillies "had so much fun paying homage to you both."

Grande is currently on her Eternal Sunshine Tour. Earlier this month, she became emotional on stage during a stop in Los Angeles, thanking her fans for their support following her breakup from "Wicked" co-star Ethan Slater after three years of dating. She described the experience as "overwhelming in the most beautiful way" and expressed gratitude for her fans being a "loving, safe presence" throughout her career.
