The late owner of the subscription content platform OnlyFans received over $700 million in dividends before his death from cancer earlier this year. Fenix International Ltd., the British company that owns OnlyFans, reported profits of $714 million before tax in the year ending November 30, 2025, a 5% increase from the previous year.

Leonid Radvinsky, who purchased the platform in 2018, died on March 23 at the age of 43. His widow, Yekaterina 'Katie' Chudnovsky, now owns the company. Radvinsky, born in Ukraine and raised in the United States, oversaw OnlyFans' significant growth, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to his inclusion on Forbes' billionaire list.

Fenix International's financial report indicates dividend payments totaling $535 million for the year ending November 30, 2025. Additional dividend payments amounting to $174 million were made between that date and March 26, 2026.

OnlyFans, which employs a staff of 47, hosts a variety of content including cooking and fitness videos, but is primarily known for pornography. The platform has been credited with reshaping the online adult content industry by facilitating direct connections between creators and subscribers. OnlyFans takes a 20% share of all creator earnings.

In 2025, the platform reported 132 million paying subscribers and 2.5 million active creators. The company stated that it has paid over $30 billion to creators since its inception a decade ago. Keily Blair, the chief executive of OnlyFans, described the platform as providing "real opportunities to real people by creating a safe, regulated space where people can monetise their content with a global fan base."

The company's expansion has also drawn scrutiny from regulators regarding its adult content. In 2024, British regulators investigated allegations of child access to pornography on the site, which the company attributed to a technical issue at the time. Although Ofcom eventually dropped the probe, it fined Fenix International approximately £1 million for failing to provide adequate information about its age verification measures. The company maintains that users must be 18 or over.
