Charles S. Cohen's 475 Park Ave. South tower has completed five new lease agreements totaling 46,000 square feet, indicating continued leasing activity at the property. The 400,000-square-foot building is situated in Midtown South.
The largest of the new deals was signed by International Workplace Group (IWG), the parent company of Regus. IWG will occupy 22,000 square feet across the 26th and 27th floors, utilizing the space to expand its existing Midtown South operations. Additionally, Millennium Alliance has doubled its leased space to 20,020 square feet. Other agreements include new or extended leases for CRC North, Contour Venture Partners, and Starbucks.
These leasing successes follow a recent $40 million, multi-year renovation of the tower. A significant part of this transformation was the installation of a new glass curtain designed by architect Cesar Pelli, completed approximately five years ago.
