Zendaya has foregone traditional lipstick in favor of Prada Balm for her recent red carpet appearances, including the premieres of "The Odyssey" in New York and "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" in Los Angeles. The performer has utilized the balm throughout her press tours for both films.

For her role in "The Odyssey" premiere, Zendaya's makeup artist, Ernesto Casillas, combined two shades of the Prada Balm: Universal and Astral Pink. While the Astral Pink shade appears blue in its packaging, it adapts to the wearer's natural pH to create a subtle pink tone on the lips. Casillas stated that the Astral Pink shade provided a "soft hint of life" to Zendaya's lips, contributing to an "effortless, radiant finish."

During the "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" press junket, Casillas mixed the Universal shade of Prada Balm, which applies clear despite its green appearance, with Prada's Glossy Liquid Balm. This combination was used for Zendaya's lip look at the premiere of the film.

This choice of lip product comes as Prada announced Zendaya as the global ambassador for its new Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry Eau de Parfum. The actress has previously shared her connection to Prada fragrances, noting that a friend's use of Prada Paradoxe Eau de Parfum Intense led her to try it herself. She adopted it as her signature scent after receiving compliments when wearing it at the 2025 Met Gala.
