Yazmin Oukhellou has been seen for the first time since her home was raided by police in connection with a knife attack at a Mayfair nightclub earlier this month. The former TOWIE star was observed at Stansted Airport on Wednesday, preparing to board a flight.
Oukhellou was seen carrying designer luggage and dressed in a taupe jumpsuit paired with fluffy slippers and a Hermes Birkin handbag.
The incident occurred on August 10, when police responded to an assault at the Mistress of Mayfair nightclub in the early hours of the morning. Rhys Copas, the new partner of Lucci Guthrie's ex-girlfriend, was allegedly attacked. Copas sustained an 8cm slash to his neck, reportedly exposing his voice box and damaging nerves, requiring emergency surgery.
Lucci Guthrie, 28, was arrested at Oukhellou's flat in Hertford during an armed police raid hours after the violence at the nightclub. A police spokesman confirmed a 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and taken to a west London police station. He remains in custody.
Police spent over an hour at Oukhellou's residence. She was not arrested and is not being treated as a suspect in the investigation. Reports indicate her mother was present during the raid, inquiring about Oukhellou's potential arrest.
The nightclub was hosting a birthday celebration for Aston Villa winger Leon Bailey, with several Premier League players reportedly in attendance. Guests were reportedly dining when the disturbance occurred near the dancefloor.
Oukhellou, who joined TOWIE in 2017, departed the show in 2023 to focus on her recovery following a serious car crash in Turkey that resulted in the death of her boyfriend, Jake McLean. She has since been active as an influencer and beauty salon owner, documenting her recovery from various surgical procedures.
