Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel recently marked its 40th anniversary with a multi-day celebration for guests, featuring exclusive performances, fine dining, and luxury experiences.
The festivities included headline performances by Snoop Dogg and Imagine Dragons, alongside curated culinary events and spa treatments. Resort Manager Kenji Hall stated the property aims to create unique and memorable experiences for its guests.
The celebration began with a cocktail reception at the Y Lounge, where mixologist Giancarlo Mancino unveiled a new Collection 86 menu, including a custom anniversary Negroni. Guests then attended a $5,000 culinary experience at The Pines Modern Steakhouse, curated by Michelin-star chef Paul Liebrandt. Each course was paired with a 1986 vintage wine selected by Master Sommelier João Pires to honor the resort's opening year.
The menu featured dishes such as Bluefin Garden, black cod with almond milk, Matsusaka beef, and a Gold Bar dessert. Following the dinner, Imagine Dragons performed at the Yaamava’ Theater, opening their set with their hit song "Enemy."
Attendees also had access to the resort's speakeasy-style cigar lounge, which offers an extensive collection of cigars, some priced as high as $5,000. The following day included a 60-minute treatment at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Serrano Spa.
Snoop Dogg closed out the two-day event with a performance at the Yaamava’ Theater. His setlist included hits like "Gin and Juice," "Drop It Like It’s Hot," and "What’s My Name?" He was joined on stage by fellow artist Kurupt for a performance of "We Can Freak It," and by his eldest son, Corde “Spank” Broadus, who performed "Sunday" with A. Lynn. Jane Hancock also performed "Father Forgive Them."
Located in Highland, California, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino is a AAA Five-Diamond luxury gaming and entertainment destination. The anniversary celebration highlighted the resort's offerings and its status as a key Southern California attraction.
