Woman Sues Las Vegas Bar Over Mechanical Penis Ride Injury
An Illinois woman claims she sustained injuries after falling from a mechanical bull described as a "World Famous Gyrating Johnson Mechanical Member Bull" at a downtown Las Vegas bar.
An Illinois woman is suing a Las Vegas bar, alleging she was injured after falling from a mechanical bull attraction. The lawsuit, filed in Clark County District Court, names The Nerd as the defendant and describes the ride as the "World Famous Gyrating Johnson Mechanical Member Bull."
Amber Zabran, the plaintiff, claims her foot and/or ankle became caught in a cut-out section of the ride's main shaft, leading to her injury. The incident reportedly occurred on November 22, 2025. According to the lawsuit, Zabran and her companions were not required to sign liability waivers before attempting to ride the mechanical bull.
The complaint states that Zabran suffered "great pain of body and mind, including serious and painful physical injuries, as well as shock and injury to her nervous system entailing mental stress, anxiety and anguish." The suit seeks special and actual damages, medical expenses, and attorney's fees.
The Nerd, located in downtown Las Vegas, features the ride on its website, challenging patrons to "Ride it, slide it, stay on top of the World Famous Gyrating Johnson Mechanical Member Bull ride."
