Former NFL linebacker Will Compton expressed his surprise and "flabbergastment" at not receiving an invitation to the recent wedding of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and music superstar Taylor Swift. The event, which reportedly hosted approximately 1,000 guests at Madison Square Garden, has drawn attention for its high-profile attendees.

Compton, a nine-year veteran of the NFL, shared his feelings on the podcast "Wake Up Barstool," noting that he was traveling in Italy at the time of the ceremony. He questioned the guest list after seeing photos of other attendees, specifically mentioning former NFL Vice President of Officiating Dean Blandino. Upon confirmation from Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy that Blandino was indeed invited, Compton stated he felt he should have received an invitation due to his longstanding acquaintance with Kelce.

Compton is a co-host of the podcast "Bussin' With The Boys" with Taylor Lewan and was also present at Tight End University (TEU), an offseason summit for players founded by Kelce, George Kittle, and Greg Olsen. Despite his involvement with Kelce through TEU and his NFL career, Compton was apparently not on the guest list for the wedding.

Other notable guests reportedly in attendance included musician Machine Gun Kelly and actor Jason Sudeikis, along with Mike Vrabel and his wife. The presence of individuals like Blandino and the general guest list prompted Compton's public expression of surprise regarding his own exclusion.
