A desperate search is underway for Dominick Bianchi, 35, who vanished from his East Greenbush, New York home on Tuesday morning, leaving behind his cell phone, wallet, and vehicle. Bianchi was last seen at his property around 10 a.m., according to the East Greenbush Police Department.

His wife, Julianna Zyra, 33, expressed grave concerns for his well-being, particularly due to his Type 1 diabetes. "He has a continuous glucose monitor, which is paired to his phone that he doesn't have," Zyra told News 10. She added that while there are alternative ways to monitor his blood sugar, she is unsure if he has the necessary equipment with him.

Zyra also revealed that her husband has been struggling with his mental health, a fact she stated he had been dealing with privately. "He has been struggling mentally for quite some time, and nobody really knows about it," she said, urging the public to refrain from speculation. "It's not fair. And I really wish people would stay off the internet, hypothesizing things that happened; he's very sick, and he is not in the right headspace."

Through the local news station, Zyra directed a message to her husband, imploring him to return home. "Whatever it is that's going on, there are so many people who care about you and want you to be OK," she stated. "I know you feel really alone, but there are people who want to help you. If you're seeing this, please, come home."

Police described Bianchi as a 5'11" adult male with blue-green eyes and brown hair and beard. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black long-sleeve shirt, and possibly a baseball hat.
