Vicky Pattison shared throwback holiday photographs with her husband Ercan Ramadan, showcasing her physique in swimwear. The former 'Geordie Shore' personality, 38, used her travel business page to tease an upcoming trip to Montenegro.
Pattison has been open about her fertility journey, including the process of freezing her eggs which she began at age 35. She stated her intention was to take control of her fertility, leading to the freezing of three embryos.
In a recent podcast appearance, Pattison discussed her and Ramadan's efforts to conceive, admitting tearfully, "I didn't think I'd be this age without a baby or a family." She explained that while she had previously felt content with her career and life, the absence of a child now left her feeling "a bit lost."
Pattison expressed her love for her husband, stating he would be a great father, and noted their effort to avoid putting excessive pressure on themselves. She highlighted the security provided by their decision to freeze eggs a couple of years prior, expressing a hope for such treatments to become more accessible and affordable for other women.
Reflecting on her own impatience, she acknowledged, "patience has never been one of my virtues." She also mentioned her husband's current enjoyment, adding that she understands these processes take time.
In a 2025 interview with Women's Health UK, Pattison described a "huge question mark over motherhood" and felt the pressure to have a baby after marriage was "suffocating." She also expressed apprehension about taking a break from her career, for which she had worked diligently. Pattison identified herself as a strong advocate for egg freezing, while acknowledging her financial privilege in accessing the procedure. She argued that women should not be constrained by an "invisible timeline" and challenged the narrative that women can simultaneously achieve everything, suggesting that compromise is often necessary in women's lives.
Pattison met Ramadan when she was 31, and she found that giving their relationship breathing room was beneficial. She described feeling "suffocated, on a kind of conveyor belt" previously, but now feels "free."
