NBA player Tyler Herro and his ex-girlfriend, fitness model Katya Henry, are involved in a legal dispute over the custody of their two children, Zya, born in 2021, and Harlem, born in 2023. The case is currently ongoing in court.

Herro initiated legal proceedings, requesting a formal parenting schedule and child support payments. He stated he had been voluntarily providing financial support to Henry since their children's births. Henry, in her own court filing, has requested primary custody, asserting she has been the main caregiver and has made the majority of decisions regarding the children's upbringing. She also indicated an intent to present information regarding Herro's "historical conduct" to the court, emphasizing the need for safeguards to ensure the children's safety and well-being.

Herro and Henry reportedly met on social media in 2020 and welcomed their daughter in 2021. Rumors of a breakup surfaced in 2022, during which Henry made a since-deleted social media post alleging infidelity.

Herro, who plays for the Milwaukee Bucks, was traded to his hometown team in June. He is a former first-round NBA draft pick, selected 13th overall by the Miami Heat in 2019 after playing college basketball at Kentucky. Last season, he averaged 20.5 points per game.
