Harry Clark, winner of the 2024 season of The Traitors, has revealed that he was involved in a car accident that resulted in his vehicle being written off. The television personality shared on social media that he was driving the Vauxhall Corsa he has owned since passing his driving test at 17 years old when the collision occurred.

Clark, 25, stated the crash happened quickly due to adverse weather conditions. He assured his fans that he emerged from the incident unharmed, expressing gratitude for his safety. "Not going to lie, it was pretty scary. Even knowing the conditions were bad and being careful, things can happen so quickly. I'm very lucky to be completely fine," he wrote in a post accompanying images of the damaged car.

He affectionately referred to the car as 'Julie' and joked that his winnings from the show were not spent on a new vehicle. "RIP Julie. years we had a good run Jokes aside, feeling very lucky today. Things can happen so quickly, especially in bad conditions. Stay safe on the roads guys," he added.

Following the accident, Clark humorously solicited car brands for potential replacements, a move that garnered a response from the official Vauxhall social media account, offering condolences for 'Julie'. Clark quipped back, suggesting there was "always room for Julie's daughter."

Anna Maynard, Clark's girlfriend and a CBBC presenter, also commented on the incident, expressing relief that he was safe. Maynard shared that the Corsa held sentimental value, as it was the car that drove her home the night they first met. The couple has been dating since April 2022, having met in a Brighton nightclub.

Clark won the 2024 season of The Traitors, securing a £95,000 jackpot by deceiving his fellow contestants. Maynard previously described Clark as someone who "plays a good game" but noted that he maintains he cannot lie to her or his mother.
