Former President Donald Trump responded on social media platform Truth Social to comments made by Rosie O'Donnell, in which the former talk show host questioned his health. O'Donnell stated during an interview on the "On With Kara Swisher" podcast that Trump is "very physically ill" and "doesn’t look like he’s long for this earth."

Trump shared an AI-generated image depicting himself as a doctor holding a clipboard. The image included text indicating a "Trump Derangement Syndrome Assessment," showing O'Donnell at a "critical level" of 98/100, with the diagnosis listed as "Massive / Severe TDS."

This is not the first time Trump has used AI-generated images in his online commentary. He released a similar video last month where he adopted the persona of a doctor to "diagnose" celebrities with "TDS," a group that also included O'Donnell.

Trump and O'Donnell have reportedly been feuding for decades. Following Trump's 2024 election victory, O'Donnell reportedly stated she was moving to Ireland as a matter of self-preservation and applied for Irish citizenship. Trump responded to this by threatening to strip her of her U.S. citizenship, a claim unsupported by her birth in the United States.

O'Donnell is scheduled to guest host "Jimmy Kimmel Live" for a week later this month.
