The Fourth of July celebration on Washington D.C.'s National Mall is set to feature what the Trump administration is calling the "LARGEST FIREWORKS SHOW IN HISTORY." The event is scheduled to include 850,000 fireworks exploding over a 40-minute period.
Former President Donald Trump is expected to deliver remarks on Saturday evening. The fireworks display, originally slated for just before 10 p.m. Eastern Time, has been rescheduled to approximately 11 p.m. Eastern Time to accommodate Trump's speech, according to Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser.
Several broadcast networks, including CBS, CNN, and FOX, will offer special coverage of the fireworks and related events. C-Span will also broadcast Trump's speech and the fireworks show, providing a free livestream online.
