Tom Sandoval, known for his role in "Vanderpump Rules," has alleged that his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, subjected him to a physical assault and mocked his penis size during a contentious fight in Florida last October. The claims were detailed in court documents filed recently and obtained by Page Six.

According to the documents, Robinson allegedly kicked Sandoval repeatedly in the groin area outside his tour bus while hurling expletives and insults. Sandoval stated that the incident occurred in the presence of his bandmates, tour crew, and fans. He further claimed that Robinson had consumed drugs and alcohol prior to the altercation, to the extent that venue security had to escort her from the concert venue to the tour bus due to her inability to walk.

Sandoval, 43, recounted that after his concert ended, he was outside the tour bus interacting with fans when he returned to check on Robinson. It was at this point, he alleges, that she kicked him in the groin and shouted insults, including "You have a tiny f--king penis! F--k you!"

He stated that the physical assault continued both inside and outside the tour bus, requiring intervention from members of his band and tour crew to separate Robinson from him. The court documents also include Sandoval's claims of "coercive control" throughout their relationship.

In one instance cited from June 2025, Sandoval alleged that Robinson, 34, made over twenty phone calls to him to complain or argue about matters unrelated to his band's audition for "America's Got Talent." He claimed these calls caused him stress, overwhelmed him, and adversely affected his performance.

Sandoval also alleged that Robinson, whom he began dating in 2023, threatened to "ruin my life if I left her."

Robinson was arrested in June for an alleged attack on Sandoval. At that time, Sandoval claimed the altercation began with Robinson's father, Will, before Robinson allegedly punched the musician in the face, resulting in injuries to his neck and ear. Following this incident, both Robinson and her father were reportedly removed from Sandoval's Los Angeles home after temporary restraining orders were granted. Footage later surfaced of Sandoval pushing Will into a fire pit. Will Robinson subsequently filed for a temporary counter-restraining order against Sandoval, which was denied.
