Tom Sandoval, 44, has accused his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, 33, of abuse, alleging that she and her father, Will Robinson, attacked him at his Los Angeles home on June 3. Sandoval provided photos of his alleged injuries to the court and has been granted a temporary restraining order against both Robinson and her father. A judge also ordered them to vacate Sandoval's residence.
Footage obtained by TMZ appears to show Sandoval pushing Robinson's father into a lit fire pit during a heated argument. The incident reportedly occurred when Sandoval questioned if Robinson was recording him. As Sandoval leaned closer to Robinson, her father allegedly intervened by grabbing Sandoval's waist. Sandoval then reportedly used both hands to shove him, causing the father to fall into the fire pit.
Following the incident, Will Robinson told TMZ that the District Attorney did not file charges in the case. He stated that the fall into the fire pit led him to seek medical attention and that he contacted authorities for the safety of himself and his daughter.
In a Los Angeles Superior Court filing, Sandoval claimed that Will Robinson initiated physical contact by grabbing his arms and shoulders, making him feel "trapped and violated." Sandoval stated he pushed him away "in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall." He asserted that he was not the aggressor and did not pursue Will Robinson physically.
Sandoval's court filing also detailed allegations against Victoria Lee Robinson. He claimed that during the altercation, she physically attacked him, hitting him repeatedly in the head and face, causing blurred vision and neck injuries. He included images in his filing showing alleged injuries from the incident. Sandoval also alleged that Robinson's father punched a hole in his spare bedroom door while Sandoval was attempting to barricade himself. He stated that Victoria then entered the room and struck him, causing his vision to blur.
According to Sandoval's filing, Robinson and her father had been residing in his home at the time. He claims they had "completely displaced" him from the residence, which he continued to pay for. Sandoval stated he had been staying with friends and at hotels since the incident and expressed concern for his safety, seeking to regain access and control of his home.
Sandoval also alleged that Robinson had previously "perpetrated domestic abuse against" him, citing incidents such as hitting him, throwing a bottle, changing his social media passwords, and tracking him with Airtags. He mentioned contacting the police, after which Robinson was arrested and later released on bond.
