TIME has announced its fourth annual TIME Latino Leaders list, highlighting 13 U.S.-based individuals recognized for their significant contributions to their respective fields and for driving change.

The list, presented in partnership with PepsiCo, honors trailblazers across entertainment, politics, business, sports, science, and other sectors. According to TIME editors, the selected individuals represent the diverse experiences and backgrounds within the Latino community, which constitutes a fifth of the U.S. population and holds growing economic and cultural influence.

"Each has found a way to bring their heritage to their passion and reach new heights as a result, many with an eye toward uplifting others along the way," TIME editors stated.

This year's honorees include Ana Valdez, president and CEO of Latino Donor Collaborative; Cástulo de la Rocha, president and CEO of AltaMed Health Services Corporation; Jose Alvarado, NBA champion; Julián Castro, CEO of the Latino Community Foundation; Luana Lopes Lara, COO and co-founder of Kalshi; Marina Larroudé, co-founder of Larroudé; Mónica Ramírez, founder and president of Justice for Migrant Women; Nelson German, chef and restaurateur; Rachel Zegler, actor and singer; Ronaldo Salgado and Lorenzo Salgado Jr., advocates; Sofia Carson, actor, singer, and advocate; and Xochitl Gonzalez, author.
