Tennis star Mike Bryan has sold his waterfront home in St. Pete Beach, Florida, for $2.35 million in an all-cash transaction. The sale marks a profitable exit for Bryan and his wife, Nadya, who purchased the property in 2024 for $1.9 million.

The residence, located near St. Petersburg, was initially listed for $2.59 million. The buyers are identified as Sheri and Thomas Karnowski, a couple from Minnesota. Bryan, 49, and his twin brother Bob achieved significant success in professional doubles, including an Olympic gold medal in 2012.

The three-bedroom home spans 2,182 square feet on Boca Ciega Bay and features a split-roof design inspired by the Soneva Fushi resort in the Maldives. The architecture allows ample sunlight to enter the interior, and the exterior resembles ship sails. Timber beams are prominent throughout the residence, and water views are visible from most rooms.

Bryan and his wife reportedly bought the home as a vacation property and invested approximately $300,000 in renovations. Their primary residence is located about an hour away in Wesley Chapel. The recent upgrades include new flooring, updated bathrooms, and a remodeled kitchen.

The property offers a central courtyard with palm trees, designed to integrate the outdoors with the living space. Outdoor amenities include a private beach, a nine-person hot tub, a dock, and multiple balconies and terraces.
