Non-disclosure agreements reportedly signed by guests attending Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding do not stipulate financial penalties for violations, according to TMZ. The agreements, sent to friends and family after wedding attendance was confirmed, do not appear to include any consequences for those who break the terms, TMZ reported.
Reps for Swift and Kelce did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The couple is preparing for their wedding, which is rumored to take place at Madison Square Garden. An intimate rehearsal dinner is also anticipated at the venue the evening prior. Over 1,000 guests are expected to attend the main ceremony.
Swift and Kelce, both 36, have been a couple since the summer of 2023. Reports suggest Kelce was not initially pursuing Swift heavily, with the NFL player reportedly dating other people before becoming exclusive with the Grammy winner in September 2023. Kelce proposed to Swift in August 2025.
An industry insider told Page Six that the guest list is expected to be extensive, with a source sharing that Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw are slated to perform. A-list guests reportedly invited include Zoë Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, Karlie Kloss, and Gigi Hadid. The source also noted that it is possible the couple has already exchanged vows.
