Taylor Frankie Paul has rejected custody proposals from both of her ex-partners, Tate Paul and Dakota Mortensen, which would have awarded her 40 percent custody of their children. A source close to the "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star stated that both fathers recently presented separate agreements that would have given them 60 percent custody.

Paul immediately declined both offers, expressing skepticism about the motivations behind them. "So now I’m suddenly capable of parenting 40% of the time? Couldn’t be more obvious what this is really about—and it isn’t the safety or well-being of our children," a source quoted Paul as saying.

The reality star, 32, is reportedly prepared to continue legal proceedings to secure what she believes is in the best interest of her children. The source indicated that Paul perceives the fathers as coordinating their legal actions against her and anticipates presenting her case in court.

Paul shares three children: Indy, 8, and Ocean, 6, with Tate Paul, to whom she was married from 2016 to 2022. She also has a 2-year-old son, Ever, with Dakota Mortensen, whom she dated from 2022 to 2026.

In the past month, Tate Paul filed for sole custody and a temporary restraining order against the TikToker. This filing followed Mortensen receiving full custody of Ocean and a temporary order of protection. Paul's ex-boyfriend Mortensen had previously been involved in a tense custody battle with Paul after a domestic dispute video from 2023 surfaced. Tate Paul's request for sole custody was reportedly denied shortly after it was filed.

Paul reportedly blamed Mortensen for Tate Paul's filing, claiming it was a result of Mortensen "telling Tate lies about her."
