Susanna Reid, 55, has asserted that age should not be a barrier to wearing a swimsuit, reflecting on a recent holiday to Ibiza. The "Good Morning Britain" presenter spent time clubbing at popular venues like Ushuaïa, Cafe Mambo, and O Beach.

During her trip, Reid was photographed wearing a swimsuit with denim shorts, an outfit choice she defended with the declaration, "you're never too old to wear a swimsuit." She shared her experiences and reflections on Instagram, calling Ibiza her "favourite place on earth" and noting her family's long-standing connection to the island.

"Don't let anyone tell you that you are too old, that you shouldn't wear the swimsuit - or the shorts!!!" Reid stated in her social media post. She also used her platform to encourage viewers to vote for "Good Morning Britain" in the National Television Awards, even while at O Beach club.

Reid's approach to fitness and diet has also been a topic of discussion. She has shifted from intense weightlifting and long runs to a more consistent, achievable routine. This includes walking two miles daily and completing a ten-minute YouTube workout before her morning shower, a routine adapted to her early start times for "Good Morning Britain."

"I don't have the energy" for strenuous gym workouts or long runs as she once did, Reid explained. She previously participated in marathons and 10k races but now focuses on maintaining movement. She is disciplined about her current routine, though it does not involve multiple gym sessions per week.

In addition to exercise, Reid prioritizes sleep, aiming for seven hours per night with the help of a fitness tracker, and often takes a nap between noon and 2 p.m. She gave up drinking nearly eight years ago and typically starts her day with black coffee and apples with peanut butter. A second breakfast of rye toast, poached eggs, and avocado follows her "Good Morning Britain" broadcast due to hunger.

Reid adheres to a pescatarian diet, consuming fish but avoiding other meat products. She was a vegetarian before the birth of her first child.
