Steve McBee Sr. may return to the Bravo reality series "The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys" following his release from prison, his son Cole McBee indicated. McBee Sr. stepped away from the show in its second season to address legal issues, including a two-year sentence for crop insurance fraud.

His release is anticipated by the end of 2026, with his sons noting a "100-day countdown." McBee Sr. was ordered to pay more than $4 million in restitution as part of his sentence. Cole McBee stated that his father would likely return to the show once "all the problems are fixed and we’re back to normal life."

"We just got to get through everything going on," Cole McBee told Decider. "Obviously, we’re all filming at the same time. But for my dad, with how much is going on, it’s been nice for him to kind of step away and not have to worry about that."

In addition to his prison time, McBee Sr. has been involved in a public relationship with Masha Petrova, which has been a point of contention on the show. Kacie Adkison, Cole McBee’s fiancée, confirmed that Petrova is still with Steve McBee Sr., though the family does not have a personal relationship with her.

"The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, with new episodes available for streaming on Peacock the following day. Peacock offers subscription plans starting at $10.99 per month.
