TV personality Karl Stefanovic's wife, Jasmine Stefanovic, is engaged in a legal dispute with her childhood friend and business partner, Keshnee Kemp, concerning their company, 123 Podcast Pty Ltd. The NSW Supreme Court heard on Tuesday that the relationship between Stefanovic and Kemp has "irretrievably broken down."
Kemp initiated legal action on Monday to prevent Stefanovic, 52, from removing her as a director of their company. Kemp, a former Woolworths executive and magazine editor, owns 45 percent of 123 Podcast Pty Ltd, with Stefanovic holding the remaining shares. The conflict has reportedly extended to social media, with Stefanovic allegedly locked out of the Karl Stefanovic Show's social media channels. Reports suggest that the Yarbrough family, who are related to Jasmine Stefanovic, are also taking sides in the dispute.
Kemp and Jasmine Stefanovic grew up together in Queensland. The current legal battle marks a significant public deterioration of their long-standing friendship.
