Simone Biles, the acclaimed gymnast, recently experienced an emotional parting with her nearly 4,000-square-foot Texas residence, which sold for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million. The property, shared with her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, was on the market for only four days before going under contract, with the sale officially closing on October 15.

Biles, 29, shared her feelings on TikTok, expressing surprise at her own tears. "I don't know why I'm boohoo crying. I was here for six years and I feel like there were so many good memories," she said in the video. "I feel like I grew up in this house. It's made me a real adult so I'm going to miss it." She extended well wishes to the new owners, hoping the home would bring them as much joy as it did for her.

The luxury estate, located in a gated community near Spring, Texas, sits on just over an acre of land and features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Amenities include a heated backyard swimming pool, an in-home sauna, a dedicated dog-washing station, and a custom wine display wall. The interior boasts a waterfall island kitchen with quartz countertops and an oversized three-car garage. The home was initially listed for $1.275 million.

This sale comes a month after Biles reported that three masked intruders broke into her Chicago home and stole her Porsche. The car was later recovered, and she mentioned the incident in a TikTok video, hinting at a potential "story time" for her followers.
