Scarlett Johansson has revealed key aspects of her health and beauty regimen, emphasizing biohacking, supplements, and a consistent skincare routine. The 41-year-old actress shared that she incorporates biohacking for digestive health and takes specific supplements to support her overall well-being.

Among her nighttime practices, Johansson includes magnesium, which she stated aids in sleep and recovery. "It's good for your entire central nervous system," she noted, highlighting its significant positive impact on her digestion and recovery processes. "It really makes a huge difference, especially in my digestion and my recovery, it's awesome."

She also takes a vegan collagen supplement, recommended by a friend for its purported benefits for hair growth. Despite her dermatologist's skepticism about internal supplements, Johansson expressed a personal belief in trying them. "I don't know. My dermatologist was like, 'It's everything you put on your skin, that's what counts. Anything you're taking internally, none of that is working.' I'm like, 'I don't believe you. I'm going to try this out.'"

Johansson's skincare routine, particularly her evening regimen, is centered around products from her own brand, The Outset, founded in 2022. She begins by cleansing with the brand's micellar cleanser, noting that she doesn't typically wear a full face of makeup daily. Her routine also includes hydration-boosting products, a serum, moisturizer, and occasionally a boosting oil. Her morning routine mirrors her evening one, with the addition of an eye cream before applying light makeup.

Regarding fitness, Johansson aims to exercise at least a few days a week, describing physical activity as crucial for her mental well-being. She favors Pilates, which she has practiced for about a decade, finding it both challenging and restorative. "I find it to be challenging and also restorative. I feel like it gives me energy," she said. She also engages in deep stretching exercises on a Pilates reformer, finding them beneficial for joint health and flexibility. Johansson is a mother to two children, a daughter and a son.
