Actor Russell Crowe celebrated his youngest son Tennyson's 20th birthday on Monday with a heartfelt tribute shared on his X account. Crowe, 62, posted a trio of photos, including one where he and Tennyson are seen flexing their arms while wearing tank tops. This image highlighted Crowe's recent significant weight loss. The actor revealed in a recent interview on The Joe Rogan podcast that he has lost 57 pounds (26 kilograms) over the past year. He shared that he weighed 277 pounds (126 kilograms) after completing his latest film, "Nuremberg," and now weighs 222 pounds (100.9 kilograms).
Crowe also shared a photo of himself and Tennyson horseback riding and a throwback image of the actor holding his infant son. "20 years ago today, at 7 minutes to 7am, this amazing young man arrived in our lives. Happy Birthday Tenny," Crowe captioned the post.
In addition to Tennyson, Crowe has a 25-year-old son, Charles, from his marriage to ex-wife Danielle Spencer. The couple divorced in 2018, but Spencer has described their relationship as amicable, stating they consider each other family and have maintained a friendship. Crowe has been in a relationship with actress Britney Theriot for six years. The couple made their red carpet debut in October 2022.
