Rosie O'Donnell, guest-hosting "Jimmy Kimmel Live," took aim at former President Donald Trump with a series of barbs during her monologue, referencing his public statements and their long-standing feud.
O'Donnell, who never mentioned Trump by name, referred to him as "President Oompa J. Loompa" and speculated he was watching from a catering cart. She thanked him for the attention his public attacks have brought her, comparing his return to the spotlight to the resurgence of "fascism and the measles."
Trump has frequently targeted O'Donnell on social media, continuing a feud that spans decades. Earlier in the month, he posted an AI-generated image depicting himself as a doctor treating her for "Trump derangement syndrome."
During her Tuesday night appearance, O'Donnell also criticized a Truth Social post by Trump that claimed the Strait of Hormuz was a "new U.S. territory," calling the assertion nonsensical. She humorously responded to the claim, stating, "If the U.S. is in charge of the strait, then I’m also straight. And let’s face it, I’m not. The moronathon continues."
She also referred to Trump as "Velvito Corleone."
