Rick Hoffman, 56, has revealed the secrets behind his significant weight loss, detailing an intensive regimen of intermittent fasting and a ketogenic diet, combined with the elimination of alcohol.

Hoffman, known for his role as Louis Litt in the legal drama "Suits," unveiled his transformed physique last month in a social media post. Responding to a fan's inquiry about his weight loss, he shared his methods. Intermittent fasting involves restricting caloric intake to specific hours of the day or days of the week, while a ketogenic diet focuses on drastically reducing carbohydrate consumption to encourage the body to burn fat for energy.

The actor's transformation garnered considerable attention from fans, many of whom expressed surprise at his changed appearance. Some comments humorously referenced his "Suits" character, with one follower noting, "You just got Litt up!"

The public debut of his slimmer figure occurred in a mirror selfie, where Hoffman showcased a notably trimmer waist and a different hairstyle compared to his on-screen persona. For nine seasons of "Suits," which also featured Meghan Markle, Hoffman typically sported a shaved head as the lawyer Louis Litt. He captioned the image, "Been a min," with the hashtag "circling back."

Former "Suits" co-star Sarah Rafferty, who played Donna Paulsen, reacted to the post with a fire and heart emoji.

Hoffman has previously spoken about personal health challenges. In an appearance on JT Foxx's show, he recounted experiencing severe anxiety and OCD starting at age 23, describing it as a period of intense unease. He reflected that this experience profoundly altered his perspective and ultimately influenced his career path.

Reflecting on his time on "Suits" in a 2016 interview with Entertainment Focus, Hoffman described the demanding nature of portraying Louis Litt, noting the consistent need to overcome "unbelievable conflict" each season. He acknowledged the challenges and rewards of his acting role, stating that he often felt proud of the accomplished work.
