The founder of luxury resale platform The RealReal, Julie Wainwright, has relisted her Manhattan condominium for $7.88 million. The 34th-floor residence is located in the landmark Woolworth Building, known as the world's first skyscraper.

Wainwright previously listed the property for the same price in June 2024 but removed it from the market later that year. The current listing comes just ahead of New York Fashion Week.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bath condo spans 3,282 square feet and offers panoramic views of the city, skyline, and rivers from its address at 2 Park Place in Lower Manhattan. The apartment features oversized windows and herringbone wood floors in the living room, a windowed kitchen with a marble-topped center island, and a separate sitting room. The primary suite includes a marble-clad bathroom with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and radiant-heated floors.

Wainwright purchased the condo in 2020 for $6.75 million, shortly after The RealReal's initial public offering. The most recent asking price represents an increase of approximately $1.13 million from her purchase price.

Monthly costs for the residence include nearly $13,916 in combined common charges and property taxes. Kane Manera of Corcoran holds the current listing.

This relisting follows Wainwright's recent sale of her Beverly Hills home. In November 2024, she sold that property for $10.7 million, after initially listing it for $11.99 million. She had acquired the Beverly Hills home in 2021 for $9.65 million.

Wainwright established The RealReal in 2011 and guided the company through its 2019 IPO before stepping down as CEO in 2022.
