A group of four masked individuals executed a ram raid at a service station in Leeds, using a vehicle to steal an ATM and slot machines. The incident occurred in the early hours of July 29 at Wetherby Services.

Video footage captured a black Nissan Juke being driven inside the service station concourse. Masked individuals exited the vehicle, opened its boot, and proceeded to the slot machine area. North Yorkshire Police stated that the gang attached a chain to a cash pay-out machine and used the car to dislodge it from the wall. The ATM machine also appeared to be damaged during the raid.

Witness Rupon Miah described seeing the car ramming the ATM and then observed four males in balaclavas raiding the slot machine room. He reported seeing them drive away with the ATM machine in the boot of their car, with the boot open.

Authorities later recovered the Nissan Juke in the Leeds area, finding it had been set on fire. The stolen cash machine was discovered inside the vehicle. North Yorkshire Police have confirmed that the investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time.

Police are appealing for witnesses who may have information to assist their investigation. They are particularly interested in identifying and speaking with three men who may have witnessed the incident and could possess relevant information. These individuals are urged to come forward, as officers believe they are witnesses and not involved in the offense.

Officers are seeking information from anyone who witnessed the incident or observed the Nissan Juke traveling between Wetherby and Leeds between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. on the morning of the incident.
