Hallie Aiono, the ex-girlfriend of Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua and mother of his son, has deleted a TikTok video in which she accused Nacua of "extreme betrayal, abuse, [and] complete neglect" during their past relationship.

Aiono's video, which went viral shortly after being posted on Monday, detailed her personal struggles, stating, "A lot of the things that were public affected my mental health. But honestly, the things that were happening in private are what completely crushed me and altered my brain chemistry. Those parts, what people never saw, or know of, are what broke me."

The allegations of abuse come as Nacua is currently facing a civil lawsuit that includes claims of physical assault and battery. Such legal proceedings could potentially lead to a suspension from the NFL.

During their relationship, Nacua reportedly requested a paternity test for their son, Kingston. Both Aiono and Nacua have previously accused each other of infidelity during their time together.

While Aiono has removed the video from her TikTok account, it has been shared across other social media platforms. Representatives for Aiono and Nacua have not yet responded to requests for comment regarding the deleted video or the reasons behind its removal.
