Lieutenant Commander Rob Dixon, who served as Prince William's right-hand man, is reportedly in a relationship with Natasha Archer, the former senior private executive assistant to the Princess of Wales. Dixon, 43, and Archer, 37, have reportedly begun attending social events as a couple.
Last week, they were seen at a launch event in Mayfair for the U.S. furniture company RH, where they mingled with celebrities including Margot Robbie. Archer was previously married to royal photographer Chris Jackson, with whom she has two young sons. Their separation was revealed last year, with a friend of Jackson's telling the Daily Mail that he was "devastated and didn't see it coming."
Dixon concluded his four-year service as Prince William's equerry in 2024, stating at the time that he had "the most incredible opportunity to serve in a role that not only challenged me, but allowed me to grow, to learn and to make meaningful contributions alongside a talented and passionate team." He added that it was "time to move on." Dixon subsequently returned to the Royal Navy before leaving the service earlier this year to become an adviser at the Ministry of Defence.
Archer, who had worked for the Princess of Wales since 2010, left Kensington Palace after 15 years. She was credited with overhauling the princess's image and accompanied her on social occasions and overseas trips. She was awarded the Royal Victorian Order for her services to the Royal Family in 2019 and was promoted to senior private executive assistant three years later. After leaving royal service, Archer established her own fashion consultancy firm.
Dixon and Archer have declined to comment on their relationship.
