Post Malone proposed to his girlfriend, Christy Lee, with a significant engagement ring that experts estimate could be worth between $1 million and $2 million. The ring features a large oval diamond, believed to be between 10 and 17 carats.

Olivia Landau, founder and CEO of The Clear Cut, described the ring as a "solitaire-style sparkler" and estimated its size to be around 10 to 15 carats. Katie Zimmerman, SVP of merchandising at Jared Jewelers and Diamonds Direct, concurred with the estimated value and suggested the center stone could be as large as 17 carats. Zimmerman also noted that the diamond "appears to have a distinctive faceting characteristic," possibly indicating an "old mine cut or another unique diamond cut."

Old mine cut diamonds are known for being hand-cut, which gives each stone a unique character and a softer appearance compared to many modern cuts. While not confirmed, the style is reminiscent of other celebrity engagement rings, such as the one given to Taylor Swift.

Lee's ring is set on a delicate, thin yellow gold band. Landau observed that this design choice returns to a more classic celebrity engagement ring style, contrasting with recent trends favoring more unique shapes and intricate designs.

Malone, 31, and Lee were first linked in January 2025 and were later seen together on a trip to Paris. The New York Post reported on the engagement details, citing jewelry experts.
