Penthouse Pet Adva Lavie has revealed extensive personal details about her relationship with her billionaire fiancé, Stephen Cloobeck, and her past experiences, as part of a defense in her felony case. The disclosures were made in 129 pages of newly unsealed documents, which include a medical evaluation by psychologist Dr. Robert Brodie.
Lavie, 28, and Cloobeck, 64, have provided details of their relationship to Dr. Brodie as part of a motion filed by Lavie and her legal team to avoid jail time through a diversion program. "During my discussion with Mr. Cloobeck, he expressed true compassion for Ms. Lavie," Dr. Brodie stated in the evaluation. "Ms. Lavie, in return, also expressed compassion and a desire to develop a strong relationship with Mr. Cloobeck." Both individuals reportedly stated their relationship would be monogamous, a dynamic Lavie noted she had not experienced previously.
The evaluation, based on approximately 15.5 hours of clinical interviews over three sessions, delves into Lavie's past. It details alleged abuse by men at sex parties and by her first husband, Edan Ives, also known as "Big Nick." According to the documents, Ives desired an open relationship early in their marriage, leading Lavie to agree to threesomes in 2022. During this period, Lavie reported significant drug use, including marijuana and ecstasy, stating, "It’s 24 hours of drugs. There were times when he would f*** me and I would be so high I would just lay there, I don’t remember a lot of things that happened to me that year."
Despite regular protection use and STI testing, Lavie reportedly tested positive for chlamydia, and discovered her ex-husband had relationships with other women without her knowledge. Ives, whose divorce from Lavie was finalized in March, wrote a letter to the judge advocating for the removal of Lavie's ankle bracelet, describing their relationship as "open-minded" and "non-monogamous."
Lavie's career in adult entertainment began with nude modeling, which she stated could pay $1000 per shot, followed by OnlyFans work and then porn shoots commanding $20,000 each. The medical evaluation describes her modeling work as including attendance at sex parties where she was often abused by men, frequently while under the influence of various drugs. "At the parties the women were required to participate in various sexual activities ranging from individual sex, to group sex, to being traded throughout the men and they were subject to violent sexual acts," the evaluation states.
Further court filings alleged that Lavie was abused by her father and was coerced into using cocaine as an escort in Las Vegas. The documents indicate she is currently in treatment.
Lavie faces six felony charges, including grand theft, burglary, and unauthorized use of personal identifying information. She allegedly met multiple older men through dating apps and stole from their residences. Lavie and Cloobeck became engaged in February in Las Vegas and were scheduled to marry on June 18, but the date has since been postponed. Cloobeck, who was previously a donor to a gubernatorial candidate, is also facing felony charges related to allegedly tampering with witnesses in Lavie's case. Some of these witnesses are reportedly older men Lavie met on "Sugar Daddy" websites and is accused of stealing from.
Lavie, who is currently wearing an ankle monitor, and her legal team have pursued strategies to avoid jail time. Court records indicate she has violated court rules, including obtaining an Israeli passport, crossing county lines, and allegedly contacting witnesses. Despite these alleged violations, a judge has not yet ordered her into custody. A diversion hearing is scheduled for August 10th in a Los Angeles courtroom.
The evaluation suggests Lavie has a lifelong attraction to older men, with early crushes on her high school professor contributing to a dynamic of attraction to older men with power or influence.
