A manager at a Pennsylvania Halloween haunted attraction has been accused of being a "serial sexual predator" who physically and sexually assaulted multiple women, including a 12-year-old girl, prosecutors announced Tuesday. Edward Eisenhard, 38, allegedly targeted victims in both workplace and domestic settings, according to Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan.
Eisenhard, who had worked as a supervisor at the Valley of Fear Halloween attraction and managed a Five Below store in Pennsylvania, is accused of assaulting three women aged 12 to 38. Khan described Eisenhard as a "highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender."
Prosecutors allege that on the opening night of Valley of Fear, Sept. 25, Eisenhard grabbed a female employee by the throat, causing difficulty breathing, before pinning her wrists and sexually assaulting her over her clothing. He was terminated from his haunted house position the following day. He had been employed at the attraction for 10 seasons.
Prior to the haunted house incident, Eisenhard was arrested on Oct. 1 for allegedly making lewd comments and assaulting a 19-year-old female employee at the Five Below store on Sept. 27. Following his arrest, two additional victims came forward with allegations.
Eisenhard also faces new charges related to the "repeated abuse of a 12-year-old child." According to a criminal complaint, Eisenhard sexually assaulted the girl in December 2025 and again in October while she was staying at his home in Springfield Township. Prosecutors stated that Eisenhard had access to the child through a family acquaintance.
His charges include strangulation, indecent assault, disorderly conduct, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, and harassment. Eisenhard has been held without bail since his arrest, with Magisterial District Judges Daniel Baranoski and Gary Gambardella citing that "the safety of the community cannot be protected."
"Serial sexual predators should not be able to buy themselves out of jail," Khan said. Authorities believe there may be additional victims and are urging anyone who may have been victimized by Eisenhard to come forward.
