Patrick Clancy to Give First TV Interview on '60 Minutes' After Ex-Wife's Mistrial

Patrick Clancy, the ex-husband of Lindsay Clancy, is scheduled to appear in his first television interview since the mistrial in his ex-wife's murder case. The interview will air on CBS's "60 Minutes" on Sunday at 7 p.m. ET and will also be available to stream on Paramount+.

A 13-second teaser clip released by "60 Minutes" shows the 36-year-old appearing to nervously swallow as he prepares for the interview. The clip quickly garnered significant attention online.

Lindsay Clancy was on trial for the murders of the couple's three young children, who died in 2023. The case drew national attention and concluded earlier this month with an 11-1 jury deadlock, resulting in a mistrial. Patrick Clancy testified during the trial.

He filed for divorce from Lindsay Clancy in February 2024, a year after the children's deaths at their Massachusetts home. Lindsay Clancy was suffering from postpartum depression at the time of the killings.

This upcoming "60 Minutes" episode marks Patrick Clancy's first public statement on television since the trial's conclusion. The newsmagazine's 59th season premiered last week.
