Olivia Attwood has stated she made the decision not to make her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack legally binding, citing "teething issues" that arose shortly after their 2023 wedding.

The couple, who officially separated in January, never completed the legal paperwork for their union, despite having a ceremony that was televised. Attwood explained in an interview that she opted not to sign any papers as a measure to protect her finances, given the immediate post-wedding difficulties. She recalled a friend advising her that if a man were to take similar precautions regarding a partner's trustworthiness, it would be seen as prudent, but she faced criticism for her decision.

Attwood described her relationship with Dack as existing in a "grey area" for years, influenced by her strong feelings for him. This changed when she learned of his infidelity. The presenter detailed a moment when a woman informed her of Dack's cheating, which served as a turning point in their 12-year relationship.

She accused Dack of multiple instances of infidelity over a decade. Attwood previously wrote that she had supported him for ten years, during which he repeatedly lied and cheated. She felt she was enabling him by covering up his actions, lying to friends and family, arranging therapy, and believing his apologies, and now feels "like an idiot" as further details have emerged.

Attwood also addressed reports of ITV's alleged dissatisfaction with the situation, stating that her relationship with the broadcaster remains strong. She confirmed that she is continuing to film shows, record her podcast and radio show, and shoot campaigns while navigating the personal challenges.

Attwood is reportedly in a new relationship with Pete Wicks. Dack has recently been seen with an ex-girlfriend, fueling further speculation about his faithfulness. Attwood had previously made critical remarks about Dack's new partner, Emily Molony, calling her a "bench warmer" and "side piece."
