Michael Phillips, a North Carolina man who claims to have the “world’s smallest penis,” has scheduled a penile enhancement surgery for August 17. The procedure, which will involve injecting a dermal filler to increase girth, is being funded by a GoFundMe campaign that has raised over $13,500.

Phillips stated the operation will cost approximately $4,000. He opted for a procedure with a doctor in Charlotte rather than an offer from a Beverly Hills doctor to perform a $20,000 procedure for free. The surplus funds from the crowdfunding effort will cover additional medical expenses, including medication and follow-up appointments.

The condition, defined by the Cleveland Clinic as a micropenis, is characterized by a penis measuring 3.67 inches or less, typically discovered in infancy or early childhood. Phillips has described his condition as making daily life difficult, leading to challenges such as using diapers and the inability to engage in sexual relationships.

He has expressed a long-held desire for this surgery, citing embarrassment and discomfort associated with his condition. Phillips stated that while the upcoming procedure will not cure his micropenis condition, he anticipates it will improve his daily comfort and sense of normalcy. He also noted that the condition has impacted his sexual life, contributing to him remaining a virgin despite some sexual encounters. Michael Phillips giving a thumbs up.
