Nicole Scherzinger, 48, recently showcased her rigorous workout routine, highlighting the dedication required to maintain her physique. In a post on her Instagram account, the Pussycat Dolls singer shared a video of herself lifting weights with a personal trainer and utilizing a treadmill.

Scherzinger captioned the post, "Built not born. You won't always feel ready. You won't always feel strong but stay grounded, show up anyway. That's where real strength is built." Her personal trainer, Paolo Mascitti, previously described her as "extremely dedicated" and "hardworking" in the gym, noting that her background in dance requires varied and stimulating workouts.

Mascitti advised that noticeable results typically take three months and emphasized the importance of combining strength training and cardio. He recommended High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with weights, explaining that it builds both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. HIIT workouts, he noted, can burn more calories in less time than other cardio routines and boost metabolism post-exercise due to the body's recovery needs.

This display of fitness comes as The Pussycat Dolls face difficulties with their highly anticipated comeback tour. The group announced their return in March with a new single, "Club Song," but were forced to cancel the entire U.S. leg of their tour due to low ticket sales.

Originally planned as a 53-date run across the UK, Europe, and North America, the band has now scrapped 33 dates in the U.S. and Canada. Despite price reductions to as low as $30 per ticket, organizers could not fill arenas, which were reportedly 80% empty. The cancellations occurred just a month before the first scheduled U.S. show on June 5 in Palm Desert, California.

The band released a statement via Instagram explaining the decision: "When we announced the PCD FOREVER Tour, we hoped to bring the show to fans across the world. After taking an honest look at the North American run, we've made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel all but one of the North America dates." They added that their UK and European dates are proceeding as planned, with significant positive reception and sold-out shows.

Ticket holders for the canceled North American dates are eligible for automatic full refunds through Ticketmaster or AXS, with instructions for third-party resellers to contact their point of purchase. The European leg of the tour is set to commence in Copenhagen in September, followed by dates in Paris, Warsaw, and the UK.

The Pussycat Dolls' reunion has also been marked by controversy regarding the exclusion of founding members Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta, and Melody Thornton. Bachar and Sutta have stated they were not asked to participate in the reunion, with Sutta calling it a "cash grab." They expressed being blindsided by the announcement, learning of the plans at the same time as the public. Bachar stated her intention in speaking out was to honor the truth and the fans, emphasizing transparency and respect.
