The actress opted for a casual yet stylish ensemble for the occasion, wearing a pinstriped button-down shirt as a swimsuit cover-up with white shorts and white sneakers. She completed the look with a white baseball cap and sunglasses.

This summer getaway comes amidst unconfirmed rumors that Kidman has been dating a 'high-profile businessman' for several months. According to an online gossip site, the relationship has been developing quietly and has remained largely out of the public eye. Earlier this year, another outlet reported that Kidman was being pursued romantically by Paul Salem, 62, the Chairman of the Board of MGM Resorts International. However, that report clarified that they were acquaintances who had met in group settings and were not dating at the time.
Kidman finalized her divorce from country singer Keith Urban in January after 19 years of marriage. The former couple share two daughters, Sunday Rose, 18, and Faith Margaret, 15. Kidman's daughters were not present for the Portofino celebration, though her niece was in attendance.
