Three of Nevada's most well-known legal brothels, once operated by the late Dennis Hof, have been listed for sale as a combined package with an asking price of $33.9 million. The offering, known as the Bunny Ranch Legacy Portfolio, is being sold by Hof's estate.

The portfolio encompasses 11 individual real estate parcels totaling nearly 50 acres and over 23,500 square feet of buildings. Included are the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, Sagebrush Ranch, and Love Ranch, along with residential properties, highway-frontage land, warehouses, and development parcels.

In addition to the properties, the sale includes furniture, fixtures, equipment, company vehicles, inventory, business support assets, and intellectual property such as trade names, marketing materials, and websites. The sellers are reportedly offering up to one year of transition and training support to the new owners, subject to negotiation.

Prospective buyers are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and undergo a qualification review before gaining access to detailed financial information. The listing describes the enterprise as a "nationally recognized Nevada enterprise."

The Moonlite Bunny Ranch, located in Mound House near Carson City, is considered the crown jewel of the portfolio. Hof acquired this business in 1992 and transformed it into a pop-culture fixture, notably through the HBO reality series "Cathouse."

The properties have been associated with notable incidents. In 2003, Vince Neil, frontman for Mötley Crüe, was charged with misdemeanor battery after an accusation by an employee at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch. Separately, Lamar Odom, former NBA player, was found unconscious at another Hof property, then known as Love Ranch in Nye County, in October 2015, leading to a critical medical emergency.

Hof, who also served a term as a Nevada Assemblyman, died in 2018 at a Nye County property, not included in this sale. He passed away hours after a birthday party attended by several public figures.

The sale represents a significant real estate and business offering in Nevada's legal brothel industry, anchored by the legacy of Dennis Hof.
