Police have opened an investigation into the death of Bentley Mathias, who passed away in November 1991 at the age of 92. Mathias' cause of death was initially recorded as a brain hemorrhage and was not considered suspicious at the time.
However, new evidence has prompted authorities to re-examine the case. On Wednesday, officers arrested a 67-year-old man from the Llanddewi Velfrey area of Pembrokeshire on suspicion of murder. The force stated that no other individuals are being sought in connection with the incident. The arrested man has been released on bail pending the continuation of the inquiry.
