Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of reality television personality Teresa Giudice, posted a series of bikini photos to Instagram on Thursday, weeks after her arrest for alleged domestic violence. The social media posts come as Giudice faces a court hearing scheduled for July 14.
In the photos, Giudice is seen wearing a black strapless bikini top and matching bottoms, posing outdoors in a lounge area and by a swimming pool. She accessorized with bracelets and sported a glamorous makeup look. She captioned the post, "Redemption season."
Giudice was arrested on May 14 for an alleged domestic violence incident at her mother's New Jersey home. According to a police report obtained by the Daily Mail, her sister Gabriella called 911 claiming Milania was "acting erratically" and had thrown "food [and] candles" during the dispute. No weapons were involved, and no injuries were reported. Giudice was charged with one count of simple assault.
Giudice initially did not enter a plea during her first court appearance on May 19. Reports indicate she has since pleaded not guilty. She is due to appear in court again on July 14.
Milania Giudice has addressed her arrest in a TikTok video, stating, "It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it." She also denied rumors that her mugshot had leaked, claiming the widely circulated image was AI-generated and that her actual mugshot was "fire."
The alleged incident occurred towards the end of her sophomore year at the University of Tampa. Milania is one of four daughters Teresa Giudice shares with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice. The family was prominently featured on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and their past fraud conviction and subsequent prison sentences were also a subject of the show. The couple divorced in 2019. Teresa Giudice is now married to Luis Ruelas, while Joe Giudice lives in the Bahamas.
