Milania Giudice, 20, the daughter of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, was arrested on May 14 for alleged domestic violence, according to a newly released police report. The Montville Township Police report states that Giudice was accused of "causing bodily injury" and "simple assault" following an incident at her mother's home.
The reporting party, Giudice's sister Gabriella, 22, called 911 stating her sister was "acting erratically." The report alleges Milania Giudice was "throwing food [and] candles" during the dispute. No weapons were involved, and no injuries were reported. Giudice was charged with one count of simple assault.
Milania Giudice did not enter a plea during her initial court appearance on May 19. She has since pleaded not guilty, and a court hearing is scheduled for July 14.
In a recent TikTok video, Milania Giudice addressed her arrest, stating, "It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it." She also denied rumors that her mugshot had leaked, claiming any circulated photos were AI-generated and that her actual police photo was unflattering.
Teresa Giudice, who has four daughters with ex-husband Joe Giudice, has previously navigated legal troubles with her family, including fraud convictions that led to prison sentences for both herself and Joe Giudice. Their legal battles and Joe Giudice's immigration status were extensively documented on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." Following his release from incarceration, Joe Giudice lived in Italy while awaiting deportation proceedings. The couple finalized their divorce in September 2019.
Teresa Giudice is now married to Luis Ruelas. Joe Giudice later moved to the Bahamas, where his daughters visit him.
