Meghan Markle has unveiled a new product that serves as a homage to her and Prince Harry's former Montecito, California, home. The Duchess of Sussex teased the launch of an advent calendar, inspired by the garden of their $14 million estate, via Instagram on Wednesday, approximately one month after the couple's relocation to the United Kingdom.
"A little holiday magic is on its way," Markle, 45, captioned the social media announcement. "24 days of sweet surprises, made for the joy of anticipation. Our first-ever Advent Calendar is coming tomorrow."
The product reveal offered a close-up of the calendar's packaging, which features an illustration of the Spanish-style villa the couple purchased in 2020. The artwork also includes depictions of the chickens that remained at the Montecito property. The numbers on the box and the chocolates themselves appear to be in Markle's handwriting.
An accompanying message on the inside flap of the calendar reads, "A magical celebration of the season. Twenty-four handcrafted chocolates to sweeten each day, thoughtfully inspired by our Montecito garden."
The advent calendar, priced at $148, also bears the As Ever brand logo, which consists of entwined palm trees, a nod to the Montecito estate. Markle shared throwback footage on her Instagram Stories, showing her and Compartés chocolatier Jonathan Grahm planning the product in June. The clip, set to Michael Bublé's "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)," features Markle and Grahm in a golf cart, with Markle urging him to "hang on." The video concludes with their dog, Pula, carrying a plush raspberry jam toy.
The calendar's flavors are described as drawing from As Ever favorites, including fruit spreads and marmalade, as well as Markle's own flower sprinkles. Markle launched her lifestyle brand, As Ever, in 2025. She and Prince Harry moved to the UK in August with their children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5.
Markle has been seen in the Cotswolds since the move, while Prince Harry has attended several public engagements without his wife. Their Montecito home remains maintained, with reports in September indicating that no one is currently residing in the property.
