A lucky Mega Millions ticket holder in Florida has won the estimated $800 million jackpot, the tenth-largest in the game's history and the largest prize awarded this year. The winning ticket was sold at a Wawa gas station and convenience store in Bradenton, Florida, a city located near Sarasota on the state's Gulf Coast.

The winning numbers drawn on Tuesday night were 34, 48, 49, 59, 70, and the gold Mega Ball was 12. Lottery officials confirmed the single winning ticket was purchased in Florida.

Wawa, the gas station and convenience store chain, released a statement congratulating the winner. "Wawa customers love to get their lottery tickets with their morning coffee or afternoon hoagie, and play for the American dream," the statement said. "It’s truly amazing to see this dream come to life today."
