Dave Forgit, co-owner of Coldstuff Ice Cream in Blackstone, Massachusetts, has gained national attention for a fiery Facebook post addressing customer behavior towards his teenage employees. The post, published Sunday, became a viral sensation after Forgit expressed his frustration with customers yelling at his staff.

"I swear to God. STOP YELLING AT MY F***ING EMPLOYEES. They are children. This job, for most of them, is their first," Forgit wrote in the post. "They are going to make mistakes... It's ice cream, for crying out loud. Grow up and act your age."

Forgit, who co-owns the shop with his brother Kevin Miller, stated that a specific incident where a customer berated a teenage worker over a minor pricing error on a sundae prompted the public statement. He emphasized that the shop is intended to be a positive and relaxed environment.

Following the initial outburst, Forgit added a comment to his post: "And NOBODY gives a sh*t if you don't come back. We'd prefer it that way."

The online rant unexpectedly resonated with a large audience, accumulating over 300,000 likes and more than 23,000 comments. Many users expressed support for Forgit's stance and shared stories of their own experiences with difficult customers or employers.

One widely shared comment read: "If my boss rode for me like this I would have stayed at that LAME ahh job back then. I think I want some ice cream!"

Another user suggested, "Looks like a trip to Massachusetts for some ice cream is in order..."

Since the post went viral, Coldstuff has reportedly seen an increase in customers, many of whom cite the viral rant as their reason for visiting. Customer Mackenzie Cahill told local news outlet WFXT, "I knew after seeing the post that I just had to come in and stop by and show the support."
