Manchester City has reportedly placed Chelsea winger Pedro Neto on its list of potential transfer targets as the club seeks to strengthen its wide attacking options. New manager Enzo Maresca, who previously managed Neto at Chelsea, is said to be considering a move for the player.

City has also reportedly scouted Paris Saint-Germain's Ibrahim Mbaye and RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande. The club is looking for replacements as they anticipate Tottenham Hotspur agreeing to a deal for City's current winger, Savinho.

Neto, 26, was a target for Manchester City before his transfer to Chelsea from Wolves for a reported £51 million. Maresca is understood to have developed a positive working relationship with the Portuguese international during his time at Stamford Bridge.

Manchester City also holds an interest in Chelsea full-back Malo Gusto, but the reported £75 million asking price is considered too high.

Chelsea has recently seen other wingers depart, with Alejandro Garnacho moving to Aston Villa, who are also reportedly interested in signing Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea. The London club is reportedly working to bring in Bayer Leverkusen's Kerim Alajbegovic as a potential new winger.

Maresca was officially unveiled as Manchester City's new manager, succeeding Pep Guardiola. He expressed his gratitude for his previous roles, stating, "I have been quite lucky in terms of my former clubs, Leicester and Chelsea I think we did a great job in both clubs. The identity of the team was clear. The success of the team was clear, and I feel very lucky to be part of these clubs."
